The law firm of D’Arcy Johnson Day in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, and attorney Dominic DePamphilis, recently obtained a $250,000 verdict from an Atlantic County jury.  The trial took place after the insurance company made its best and last offer of $10,000 each to a husband and wife involved in a serious car accident that left both individuals with permanent neck and back injuries.
