DJD Shares a Night for a Year with the Ronald McDonald House
The law firm of D’Arcy Johnson Day in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey is proud to announce that a $5,475 donation has been made to the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey, thanks to an overwhelming response to the House’s Share-A-Night campaign. This donation will cover the costs incurred for a family to stay at the House every night for one year. The Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey has served as a “home-away-from-home,” for over 17,000 families whose children are being treated at nearby hospitals for critical illness or traumatic injuries.
On February 11, 2015, DJD partners Christopher Day, Andrew D’Arcy, and Richard Albuquerque went to the House, which is located in Camden, New Jersey. There, the firm presented a check to Lauren White, Director of Development for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey.
“This is an amazing facility,” remarked DJD partner Christopher Day. “The House and its staff are committed to helping families and their children facing difficult circumstances, and D’Arcy Johnson Day is happy to be able to help.”
