Drug Company Set to Pay Over $1 Billion in Yaz and Yasmin Settlements
URGENT – YAZ AND YASMIN SETTLEMENTS: according to a report by Reuters, drug manufacturer Bayer AG has set aside over $1 billion to settle cases related to its oral contraceptive drugs Yaz and Yasmin. These cases are in the process of being settled and time is running out to have cases evaluated and potentially settled in time. The drugs are alleged to cause blood clots that can lead to heart attacks, strokes, and death. There are currently over 10,000 lawsuits filed, and more claims that have not yet been filed.
