The property owner had neglected to maintain the surrounding area resulting in a dangerous condition that led to the accident and injury. Before filing the lawsuit, the insurance company representing the property owner refused to offer any money to our client, and even worse, refused to even help pay for any medical treatment which required a prosthetic be inserted into our client’s shoulder.
