Rick Albuquerque Presents at New Jersey ICLE Seminar on Business Law
On August 13, 2012, DJD Partner Rick Albuquerque was a presenter at a seminar for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education entitled Business Law for Law Firms held in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Rick’s presentation focused on an overview of the New Jersey Attorney Ethic’s system, providing guidance to New Jersey attorneys on how to avoid ethical problems and how to deal with an ethics complaint once it is filed. Rick’s presentation drew on his four years serving on the District One Ethics Committee where he conducted investigations, sat as a hearing panelist, presented matters on behalf of the Committee, and also served as chairman of the Committee in 2010.
