Steve Johnson Inducted Into Oakcrest Athletic Wall of Fame
D’Arcy Johnson Day partner Steve Johnson was recently inducted into Oakcrest High School’s Wall of Fame. The Wall of Fame honors student-athletes who achieve athletic excellence and also contribute to the community during and after their time at Oakcrest, which is located in Mays Landing, New Jersey.
While at Oakcrest, Steve played football and baseball, and went on to play football at Widener University and was a member of Widener’s 1981 Division III National Championship team. Steve noted he “had the benefit and fortune of having a lot of role models while I was at Oakcrest, and I think it translates to how you develop as a productive athlete and also as a productive member of society.”
To help support the sports teams at Oakcrest, please consider supporting the school in its efforts to win $140,000 worth of Under Armour uniforms, apparel, footwear, and accessories to outfit all of its athletic teams.
