Experience
Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Allegheny College in 2006 and graduated cum laude from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2010. A Widener Scholar and Constitutional Law Scholar, he participated in the Moot Court Honor Society Competition, and attended the International Law Program at the University of Venice. Prior to entering private practice, Daniel served as a Special Deputy Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General, Casino Prosecutions Bureau in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Daniel has more than a decade of experience in commercial defense litigation, including workers’ compensation defense, insurance defense, construction litigation, and business litigation. As a member of D’Arcy Johnson Day’s Workers Compensation Department, he draws upon his extensive insurance defense background to help clients suffering from work-related injuries and illnesses pursue their claims for medical treatment, wage replacement, and other appropriate compensation.
Daniel has been named a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” from 2014 through 2023. A member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Ocean County Bar Association, and New Jersey Defense Association, he is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
