Greg graduated from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996.
Before joining D’Arcy Johnson Day, Greg was associated with Citta, Holzapfel, Zabarsky, Leahey, and Simon, PC, in Toms River, where he practiced many facets of municipal law. He served as Municipal Prosecutor in 18 towns throughout Ocean and Monmouth County, Public Defender in three municipalities, and Assistant Township Attorney for the Township of Toms River (formerly Dover Township).
Greg has extensive land use experience, having served as Planning Board Attorney in Point Pleasant Beach, as well as Zoning Board Attorney in Point Pleasant, Seaside Park, and Bay Head. He also defended several public utility authorities against personal injury and property damage claims.
With D’Arcy Johnson Day, Greg has concentrated his practice in municipal court defense, real estate, and land use development, including subdivision and variance applications. Greg’s extensive experience in these areas of the law, coupled with his unquestioned professionalism, are the legal trademarks that have helped him earn a quality reputation within the legal community.
A member of the Ocean County Bar Association, Greg is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court of New Jersey, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Greg is a life-long resident of Ocean County, where he resides with his wife and two children.
