D’Arcy Johnson Day is proud to announce that its workers’ compensation attorney, Christopher Day, was successful in relating a dealer’s chronic elbow pain to his repetitive job activities as a casino dealer at Caesars in Atlantic City.  This marks another victory for casino dealers. 

The Court ruled that the repetitive daily job activities as a casino dealer at Caesars caused his elbow problems.  As a result, the dealer will be paid for all of his lost time and 100% of his medical bills will be paid.  In addition, the dealer will be entitled to a substantial settlement, and will have two years from the date the dealer receives that settlement to return in the future if he needs any additional medical care for his elbows.
