This year marks the 30th anniversary of National Night Out which began in 1984 to promote involvement in crime prevention activities, and police-community partnerships. D’Arcy Johnson Day will be participating in Galloway Township, New Jersey’s program on Tuesday, August 6th at the Galloway Township Municipal complex from 6pm until 9pm.  DJD will be raffling off two bicycles and handing out a variety of giveaways at the firm’s tent. 

As part of the event there will be food, raffles, and a series of demonstrations involving the K-9 unit, firefighting, EMS, ERT, and even a helicopter demonstration. There will also be games and crafts for children, a bicycle safety course, and child safety seat installation instruction.
